1. Make sure you have uploaded to www.yourdomain.com if your domain name is pointing to our server. For example, if your domain name is xyz.com, you should upload your Web site to www.xyz.com and then put your files in the www.xyz.com/htdocs directory.

If your domain name is not pointing to our server, then you need to upload your files to www.webhostingfiles.com and login with your account username and password.

2. Make sure you named your home page either index.htm or default.htm. The system looks for a file with either of these names by default if a visitor enters the URL of your site without any specific filename
